The Opportunity

DeVry Greenhouses is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Merchandising Team! Merchandisers play a crucial role in our merchandising department, ensuring our products are displayed beautifully and effectively to attract and engage customers. If you have passion for creating eye-catching displays and enjoy working in dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Unloading shipping racks and setting up store displays

• Stocking, rotating, and maintaining the care of products

• Communicating effectively with clients, team leaders, and team members.

• Creating visually appealing promotional displays for clients.

• Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualification

• Willingness to listen and follow instructions from start to finish.

• Self-motivated with a high energy level.

• Dependable, reliable and consistent.

• Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Plant knowledge or merchandising experience is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in an outdoor garden centre environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Valid driver's license

• Casual wear (t-shirt, cap and safety vest provided by us)

Compensation

• Wage for this role is $18-$20 an hour.
