DeVry Greenhouses is seeking a Foreign Worker Services Lead to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support and enhance the experience of our Temporary Foreign Workers across all programs (SAWP & AgStream).You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring workers are supported, informed, and set up for success throughout their entire journey – from arrival to departure.
This role goes beyond day-to-day support. You will also play a key role in bringing structure, improving processes, and elevating the overall worker experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly people-focused, proactive, and takes ownership. As part of the People & Culture team, this role contributes to team-wide initiatives and supports or owns shared priorities in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Worker Support & Relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for Temporary Foreign Workers across all programs
Build strong, trusting relationships with workers from diverse backgrounds
Support worker well-being, morale, and day-to-day needs both at and outside of work
Ensure workers feel supported, informed, and respected
Worker Services & Coordination
Coordinate and support:
Medical appointments and follow-ups
Banking setup and essential services
Travel logistics (arrivals, departures, emergency travel)
Liaise between workers and internal teams (People & Culture, Operations, Dispatch)
Coordinate all flight-related communication and logistics, including gathering worker information and confirming travel details
Ensure all travel follows proper approval processes
Health, Safety & Compliance
Monitor and support worker health and well-being
Report all illnesses and injuries to the Consulate in a timely manner
Triage and assess situations using sound judgement (in collaboration with Health & Safety)
Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external purposes
Escalate concerns to Operations and People & Culture as needed
Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates on worker status (e.g., weekly summaries)
Ensure clear, consistent communication between workers and internal teams
Support workers in navigating internal tools (e.g., DeVry Employee App)
Program Ownership & Continuous Improvement
Own the effectiveness and consistency of foreign worker support processes
Deliver onboarding and orientation for workers
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes and worker experience
Contribute to the development of clear, structured procedures and best practices
Contribute to a more efficient, organized, and scalable program
Proactively identify and address issues before they escalate
Actively contribute to the broader People & Culture team – supporting initiatives, events, and priorities as needed in a highly collaborative environment
Qualification

Strong communication (verbal & written), and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Adaptable & Flexible (ability to support after-hours situations is required)
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Level 2 First Aid (required)

Hourly compensation $24 - $28 per hour (based on experience)

Work Location
